About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about design, digital communication, and brand storytelling. You’ll be involved in everything from social media and email campaigns to website updates and customer service – no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, You Tube and TikTok
- Assist in designing graphics for promotions, events, and brand campaigns
- Support email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar
- Manage and update content on the company website
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide friendly support and direction
- Ensure consistent brand presence across digital and print collateral
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and assist with event promotion
- Take initiative to pitch new ideas and contribute to improving our digital presence
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative thinker with a passion for design and marketing
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar)
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation- Instagram, Facebook, You Tube and TikTok.
- Basic understanding of email marketing and website CMS platforms
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, team player, and initiative-driven
- Previous experience in agriculture, trucks, or vehicles is not required – we value your design and digital skill set more

We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Salesperson to join our Vehicle & Agriculture branch. This is more than just a sales role – you’ll be an essential part of a small, close-knit team where your ability to pitch in across the board is valued and appreciated.
About the Role:
Based in our Chinchilla branch, you’ll be the go-to person for walk-in enquiries, phone sales, and general support for the sales department. You’ll step in when members of the sales team are out of the office and help keep operations running smoothly. Whether it’s assisting with a customer quote, coordinating vehicle or machinery deliveries, or helping on the yard – no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with sales enquiries (in-person, phone, and online)
- Generate quotes and process sales documentation
- Provide backup support when the Sales Manager is offsite
- Help coordinate vehicle/machine deliveries and handovers
- Maintain product displays and general cleanliness of the yard/showroom
- Liaise with workshop staff and suppliers as needed
- Provide general admin and operational support across the branch
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive, agricultural, or machinery highly regarded)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Basic computer skills (CRM or dealership systems a bonus)
- Current manual driver’s licence (truck or machinery licence advantageous)
- Current manual C class driver’s licence required (HR or forklift licence advantageous)

About the Role
As an After Hours Driver, you will be the first point of response for vehicle recoveries, breakdowns, and accident support across the region after business hours. You’ll operate our tilt tray trucks to assist RACQ members and customers, ensuring prompt, professional, and safe service delivery.
This position offers a weekly minimum retainer, regardless of how many callouts occur, to compensate for your on-call availability during the rostered hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to after-hours callouts
- Operate tilt tray trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with vehicle breakdowns, tows, and accident recoveries
- Provide excellent customer service to RACQ members and the public
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic daily checks
What We’re Looking For:
- Current HR or MR truck licence (required)
- Ability to commit to a rotating or fixed on-call schedule
- A safe driving record and sound knowledge of road safety
- Willingness to work independently and under pressure
- Local knowledge of the Chinchilla and surrounding region (preferred)
- Previous towing or roadside assistance experience is highly regarded
