About the Role
As our Warranty Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and internal departments.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
- Reviewing repair orders and supporting documentation
- Monitoring outstanding warranty submissions and payments
- Following up rejected claims and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts and Management teams
- Maintaining warranty records and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
